You don’t like to pay for shipping, but we do…even on the big things. In fact, every item at AmericanFurnitureClassics.com has free shipping, except for outlet items. Outlet items are available for pick up at our Webb City, MO warehouse.
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product we offer has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you the optimal delivery experience.
We have two methods of shipment available: Small Parcel and Curb Side Truck Delivery.
Small Parcel. We will ship the smaller items via FedEx or UPS. Depending upon your location relative to our warehouse you will receive your order between 3 and 7 business days after placing your order.
Curb Side Truck Delivery. A freight carrier will make this delivery. We have elected to offer only Curb Side Delivery in order to keep our prices as low as possible. Our experience indicates that almost all consumers agree and want the lowest price possible. This means you will have to move the package into your residence yourself. Keep in mind that products that ship this method are either too large or too heavy to ship via Small Parcel, so you may need the assistance of a friend or family member at delivery. Many times we will strap your item or multiple cartons of an item on a pallet to better ensure complete and undamaged delivery. It is best to break the bands on the pallet while still in the truck and unload each separate carton. Helpful hint; on heavy items that need to go upstairs or other inconvenient spaces you can sometimes open the carton and carry the individual pieces separately.
Lift Gate Services. For $50 our delivery service partners will use a machine called a liftgate to bring the items to the ground for you. If you desire this service please contact us when you place the order at 888 673 9080 or email@example.com.
If you receive a package from us that is obviously damaged either refuse the item as damaged or note the damage on the paperwork the shipper will give you. Please feel free to call us at 888 673 9080 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org at any time for any issues.
Defective or Damaged Parts

You may return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please feel free to call us at 888 673 9080 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions to process your return. Please note that we only accept returns in their original unopened packaging.
